Reflection period

Right of withdrawal/reflection period (Holland only)

 You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs when returning the entire order (all products). Please note: The shipping costs will not be credited when returning single products from the same order. You are responsible for the return costs from your home to the webshop. These costs are approximately 6.95 per parcel within the Netherlands, please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@redlights.amsterdam We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Exception for sealed products

 You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided the seal has not been broken. When the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. Should you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per parcel within the Netherlands, please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. Exception for perishable products

We credit all products sold by this webshop except grow kits and truffles. These cannot be returned. Due to the return process, the freshness of these goods will decrease in quality. These cannot be resold and will therefore be destroyed. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. This makes the sale final after successful payment.

Regulations order received back by us

If an order is received back by us which has been presented several times by PostNL, GLS or DHL, but has not been delivered and is returned, we will e-mail you (the buyer) twice with the option of either resending the parcel or crediting it. Crediting applies to all products except truffles and mushroom grow kits (see exception for perishable products). Of course, shipping costs will have to be paid again and we will create a payment link with the shipping costs. The moment this is paid we will send the goods immediately. 


Please note that you have 4 weeks to respond to our email. If you do not respond within these 4 weeks, the sale and settlement of this order is complete and we will not ship the goods and will credit the amount of the goods provided it concerns growkits or truffles.
